Personal Assistant to CEO
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Track and follow up on key action items and deliverables
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Nice to Have
Experience working in venture capital or startup environments
Multilingual capabilities
Project management experience
